Every weekend, Willesee says, “the alley ways and parks and pavements fill up with couples hooking up, getting a few scraped knees and gravel rash, oblivious to the cameras positioned around the city.
Imagine how much of that footage is out there. Who is watching it? Where is it being stored?”
