Simplicity… a composition tip

Nude photography doesn’t require a lot of props or the inclusion of other elements in the scene. The model’s body itself is quite often all that is needed… other elements may distract and weaken the picture..

Variety can be added to your pictures by adding a single object – a length of fabric, a chair, an item of clothing or an accessory like a hat  – and positioning the object to enhance the composition.

The idea is to keep it simple, and include nothing that detracts from the subject or confuses the viewer.

You don’t want people wondering if the subject of your picture is a nude or an exercise ball.
